- BSc (Hons) in Counselling & Psychotherapy
- Diploma in Counsellor Supervision
- Ongoing CPD and training
My approach
I work in an integrative way, drawing on a range of therapeutic tools to suit your unique needs. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of meaningful change, creating a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported to explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns at your own pace.
